The deep red earth is a big part of the reason why the Big Scrub rainforest is so rich in biodiversity and life. The basalt rich soils that gave birth to those majestic rainforests were created by a giant shield volcano we now call the Tweed Caldera. These colours are an ode to everything beneath the ground that makes the Big Scrub so special and unique. Here’s to recreating it!
